Ty Watson

"I am a married  to a phenomenal woman who has helped me through a lot, father to a 7 year old hero and was once a decent rugby player (mainly league),  My career has been  predominately business development  in sport, education and charities and I now coach the mighty Oadby Wyggs under 7's.

My mental health has flared up at different times in my life,  the birth of my son, when I stopped playing regular rugby and then again when my father passed.  I decided I wanted to do whatever I could to help other men seek help and seek it earlier.

   In December 2020 I started b1oke."

Cam Spencer

"I'm an ever wandering Aussie bloke, husband to my phenomenal English rose and a father to 3 incredible kids. Having started my working life jumping out of perfectly good aeroplanes as an Army officer I transitioned into the corporate world, developing leaders, teams and organisations to perform at their very best. Once an average rugby player, now an aspiring and continuously learning performance coach.

While I learn to live with service related PTSD and recurring bouts of depression I aim to help others through their own experience by nurturing a sense of belonging, connectedness and purpose."

Tommy has been an integral part of the huge success of the Foundation as it has grown over the past decade. Along with the charity’s fantastic team of staff and volunteers he has worked tirelessly to make Matt’s visions a reality. With several more exciting developments in the pipeline the Matt Hampson Foundation is aiming to support more and more beneficiaries to Get Busy Living.

Duncan Bagshaw

Duncan is a former professional golfer and sports coach and for the last 15 years has worked in residential education with teenage boys as a Housemaster, Deputy Head and Head of Boarding.
